Jim Tyler formed Tyler & Associates after twenty-five years with the Walt Disney Company managing the processes of designing, building, and operating their telecommunications systems and networks worldwide. Jim has worked with a diverse list of clients for fifteen years in strategic planning, network review and implementation, cost structure review, telecommunications systems integration, and contract negotiations.
Jeff Tyler has fourteen years experience in telecommunications having worked a broad range of projects including due diligence surveys with written reports, telecommunications support for events, system audits, project management and representing clients in every aspect of the RFP process. Jeff has valuable experience in implementing and managing telecommunication projects in diverse environments and locations including international events and data networks. Jeff brings experience with multiple telecommunications products and service providers to the client in support of their planning and operations.
James Tyler joined the company in 2009 after ten years with Nortel Networks working at a high technical level with their Enterprise communications platform. Responsibilities have included networked communications architecture, branch office solutions, and VOIP/SIP applications, PBX installation support, technical troubleshooting and problem resolution. James has supported projects throughout the US and internationally. Current project involves Nortel/Avaya integration and interoperability. Prior to joining Nortel James spent 13 years with Vista-United Telecommunications at Walt Disney World as a network and technical support engineer.
